Please connect the radio to Internet and then go to Settings > System > System update > Click SYSTEM ONLINE UPDATE.
Check if there is newer version, if it shows a newer onely, you could download and the update it to the latest.

I got issues after this update. Ex. MFI Chip not detected. Buttons on the left side stop responding (power back volume up and down) and no sound coming from the radio. Is there any way to uninstall this update?
@SYLVESTER DUKES Please enter the setting to choose the option "2"to see how it work:
Settings>Car Settings>Factory Settings(0000)>ARM setting
Regarding to the side buttons settings, here are instructions to reset.
1.Go to Factory Setting > Touch Setting.
2.Choose Start Study to begin Touch Key learning and click Save to save the settings.
3.Select Reset to Clear the previous Touch Key Configuration.
As to the radio, we are wondering if you mean that whole head unit has no sound or the radio app has no sound.
@SYLVESTER DUKES What about the MFI Chip not detected. Carplay or Android Auto won't connect. It's has to have something to do with the phone link app or zlink I'm not sure.

MFI Chip Setup:
Go to Settings > Car Settings > Factory Settings (enter code 0000).
Select ARM Setting > CarPlay Port and choose NO.2.
Radio Sound Adjustment:
Go to Factory Settings (enter code 0000) > Base Settings.
Under Radio Area, select your region.
Adjust the Audio Gain Settings to increase the radio volume.
Reboot the head unit to apply the changes and check for improvement.
@Roadanvi Support You are Awesome. Everything is back to normal except the radio app. I'm still not getting any sound but that is the least of my worries. I'll try again on my lunch break. ๐
