Brand new unit purchased on Amazon. I have followed three different youtube videos and feel pretty confident the wiring is all correct. Just not seeing the new radio power up at all. triple chekced all connections. advice? maybe i have a DOA?

wireless carplay via zlink
not yet working:
rear speakers
radar cameras
360 camera
will read more and start new threads.
