Brand new unit purchased on Amazon. I have followed three different youtube videos and feel pretty confident the wiring is all correct. Just not seeing the new radio power up at all. triple chekced all connections. advice? maybe i have a DOA?

not yet working:
rear speakers
radar cameras

will read more and start new threads.

I'm having trouble changing the bootlogo screen, I followed the instructions and with the usb drive inserted I can't see any files in the EXT location
@CJ Please let us know if your version is X12, if so, please follow the instruction below to change the boot logo.
