1. 30-Day Free Return & Replacement for Quality Issues

Free Return & Replacement: If you receive a defective unit or missing accessories within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a free replacement or send any missing parts at no extra cost. However, if the damage is due to customer misuse, you will need to repurchase the damaged accessories.

Return Shipping Costs: For non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind) within 30 days, returns are acceptable, but the customer must cover the return shipping costs. If the head unit has been installed, a depreciation fee will apply based on the unit’s condition.
2. Returns & Exchanges Beyond 30 Days (Within 1 Year)

Quality Issues: If a quality problem occurs between 30 and 365 days after purchase, you will need to bear the cost of any replacements or repairs. However, if the issue arises within 90 days of purchase, returns/exchanges are usually depreciation-free, though you will still be responsible for shipping costs.

Depreciation Fee: For returns/exchanges after 90 days, a depreciation fee will apply to both refunds and exchanges due to the unit’s wear and tear.

Parts Damage: If accessories or parts are damaged within 30-365 days of purchase, you will need to purchase replacements. Please contact customer service to place an order. We recommend installing and inspecting all parts immediately after purchase. If damage is due to rough handling during shipping, we will assist you with a prompt claim.
3. Product Upgrade Policy

1-Year Validity: We offer a 1-year warranty for your head unit. However, software upgrades for the system are available for life. We will upload new firmware as soon as it’s available.

Upgrade Advice: We recommend upgrading only if you encounter software issues. Frequent upgrades are not advised.
