  One thing to note is this is on my rav4 prime 2021. Not sure if that makes a difference from a regular rav4

  I am running into this problem with the exact same symptoms. I am pretty sure my unit came with the C wire already plugged into c1 and that didn't work. Got no signal in reverse. I did try swapping...
