This is regarding Linux 12.3" Car Stereo Radio for Toyota RAV4 2019 2020 2021 2022, Wireless Apple Carplay & Andorid Auto, Fast Booting, Fast Phone Connection, Stable System, 1920x720 QLED Touchscreen that i purchased from Amazon. Product was working great but I see that there's a lag off lately and it seems to be getting worse. I tried resetting the device but looks like it needs a passkey for that. Could you please share that with me as its' not available in your instruction manual? Also, any options to update the device software? How do I go about doing this? Please help. I like the system and do not want to return the item but make it work. Thanks!
