I recently purchased the Roadanvi Head Unit for my 2016 Subaru Legacy. After installing and connecting everything, I’ve encountered a few issues:
1. The backup camera shows "no signal" when the gear is shifted to reverse.
2. The steering wheel buttons are not functioning.
3. The unit does not display anything when climate control is pressed.
4. The unit does not show any information regarding door opening or closing.
Troubleshooting so far:
The car audio works, which suggests that the Canbus is partially functioning. I’ve reinstalled all the cables twice and tried switching all available options in the factory settings, but these issues persist. I also performed a factory reset on the head unit.
I have a similar Roadanvi unit in my 2013 Toyota Camry, and all these functions work perfectly.
I have attached pictures of wiring, some connectors have no place to be plugged, all are shown in attached pictures.
Could anyone please provide any instructions on how to resolve these issues?
