I'm having an interesting issue where I click on the radio to listen to an FM station and a couple seconds later it shuts down the app and goes back to the home screen. I can listen to music in carplay with no issues. Is there a setting I need to change?
I will add, this is in an HS-X12 unit
@Brian Reynolds Could you please send us a video to demonstrate your situation? In the meanwhile, we are wondering if the issue persist once you installed the radio, or it suddenly happened, send us your order number will be better.
