Initially the product was not allowing carplay to work with my phone after shutting down the car intermittently. Connecting the car to a wifi hotspot before updating to the latest FW takes care of this. Had another issue after updating that prevented connection to the car via canbus. Technical support was very good working the issue through to the solution. It has been reliable and responsive, just update things and you will love it.

The media could not be loaded. The install was easy and everything was functioning expect for my backup camera. I reached out to [****], they got back to me within a few days, gave me some suggestions to fix the issue, and their suggestions worked. Top notch customer service and although it's only been a week or so, I love this thing.The video I posted was made and posted originally to a RAV4 forum, just for context.
The product is really awesome for RAV4. I was skeptical initially about the difficulty of changing head unit but this one was an easy fit as it had most of the wiring and canbus prefit. The display is very clear and head unit also provides tyre pressure and other data on the screen which was not available on the factory unit. Amazing product and I feel I made a good decision buying this.
Installed this in my 2015 Corolla. It looks great and works great. One hiccup I did have is I was getting static like another reviewer of this happens double check the antenna connector. It needs to go one way but will go the wrong way and will cause the issue. Can wait to test it out more.
This Android car Headunits is amazing. Connects both wired and wirelessly to both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Features Bluetooth, WiFi, and many more features. You can ever go to the play store and add apps. It is so easy to install that anyone can do it.
I purchased because initially having some issues with the 1st one I bought. only returning because I was able to fig out the issues thanks to customer service and will be keeping the 1st unit I purchased.
I got this for my 2014 wrx to have Apple CarPlay, since the car does not come with it. The install was easy, though I did not attempt the other connections included in the kit. That being the 4g antenna, usbs, and the 4g SIM card holder. It was essentially plug and play. The module fit right into my dash, which I like, however, the fitting is not as snug as I want it to be. Keep that in mind if you are purchasing for a model similar to mine and wish to have a tight fit.Overall the experience is great and offers a substantial upgrade to the stock radio. The unit connected immediately to my phone and went straight into the Apple CarPlay menu. The ui is responsive and I was able to map my steering wheel controls with hardly any effort.If you are debating on this or the idoing unit, I recommend this one if you are on a budget.
